家具デザインを行うSTUDIO ANAGRAM.INC.とヨーロッパの最高品質の輸入フローリング販売のEuroDesignHausが手を組み、
芦沢啓治氏と鈴野浩一氏のふたりの建築家を迎え、 アートのようなフローリングを素材に特別なデザインピースを発表。
EuroDesignHaus and Studio Anagram.Inc. have combined two award-winining Tokyo desginers,Keiji Ashizawa and
Koichi Suzuno,with natural wood flooring?by mafi and COMMOC design furniture to eliminate the lines between art and functionality.
Pipeknot Hanger
「PIPEKNOT」と呼んでいるパイプによるジョイントと、3 本の穴の開いた長い棒、それらを繋ぐ細く短い棒によって組みたてるシンプルでコンパクトなコートハンガーです。
そのシンプルさとは裏腹に、立体的にスペースを活用し驚くほどの収納力があり、機能的であると同時にかけるものを上手にレイアウトすることで美しさを作り出すこともできます。
This simple and compact coat hanger is made by assembling pipe joints called “Pipeknots,” three long poles with holes bored in, and some short and thin sticks used to connect them.
Betraying such simple appearance, it uses the space three-dimensionally and provides a surprisingly large storage space. While it is highly functional, it also creates beauty by neatly laying out the hung clothes.
Beetle Chair
「ビートル」は日本の民芸椅子のフォルムを新しい解釈で再構築した椅子である。その歴史をさらに辿るとイギリスから伝わったウィンザーチェアがその原点であるが、作り方や素材をよりシンプルにし、その素朴な雰囲気だけを取りだせないかと考えた。
The Beetle Chair is a chair that represents a restructuring of the form of folk art chairs in Japan from a completely new perspective.
Going back further into its history, it originates from the Windsor chair introduced to Japan from the UK. We tried to extract its rustic beauty while simplifying its manufacturing method and materials.
Pala Sofa
「パラソファ」は、快適さを損なわず、出来るだけボリュームを無くし、ミニマムなカタチを追求した。一人掛けは奥行きと幅のサイズが同じ事から、空間にレイアウトしやすく、ソファのアーム部分の傾斜は、機能性とこのソファのデザインアイコンとなっている。
Pala Sofa is a product with a design that pursued a minimalist shape by reducing the volume as far as possible while maintaining its comfortableness. Because this single-seater has the same width and depth, it is easy to layout in any space. The arms of the sofa not only ensure functionality but also are the design motif unique to the product.
